At osloop, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational and training services, as well as effective advertising solutions across social media platforms. Each service is carefully reviewed and crafted to ensure it meets our professional and technical standards.

However, to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction, we offer a limited return and refund policy in specific cases, as outlined below:

Eligibility for Refund:

A refund request may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The service delivered is significantly different from what was originally agreed upon.
  • There is a clear technical issue or inaccessibility to the course content or platform.
  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe without prior notice or valid justification.

Please note: Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, lack of interest in completing the course after starting, or subjective dissatisfaction that is not based on a service issue.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at mahmoud@osloop.org within 14 business days of receiving the service or course access.
  2. Provide Details: Include your registered email, order number or course name, and a clear explanation of the issue (supporting evidence like screenshots or video is helpful).
  3. Request Review: Our team will review your request within 2 to 7 business days and follow up with appropriate steps.
  4. Resolution: If the request meets our eligibility criteria, we will process a refund or offer a suitable alternative service, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Important Notes:

  • This policy does not cover services that have been fully delivered or social media ad campaigns that have already been launched.
  • osloop reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
  • A small administrative or technical processing fee may be deducted depending on the service provided.
